What is Power Factor?

Power Factor is the specific measure of how efficiently your premisses uses the electricity supply and is basically a ratio of real power (kW) to apparent power (kVA). Activated by a series of contactors each step is switched On and Off as needed by a central intelligent controller which constantly monitors the main electricity supply by its sophisticated sensors. When the power factor drops the main controller activates additional steps to ensure unity power factor.
